Thanatophobia - Get rid of the fear of death.
Genre: Yoga Therapy + Advaita Psychology + Vedic Psychology + Exposure Healing.
"Thanatophobia is an extreme fear of death or the dying process."

Death Anxiety & You
Death anxiety is anxiety caused by thoughts of one's own death. Death anxiety can also be defined as a "feeling of dread, apprehension or solicitude (anxiety) when one thinks of the process of dying, or ceasing to 'be'". Thanatophobia is commonly referred to as the fear of death. More specifically, it can be a fear of death or a fear of the dying process. It's natural for someone to worry about their own health as they age. It's also common for someone to worry about their friends and family after they're gone.
A Thanatophobia program is usually a structured therapeutic program aimed at helping individuals face and manage their fear of death - whether it’s fear of their own mortality, losing loved ones, or the process of dying itself. After completing a Thanatophobia Training Program, you can step into the role of a practitioner who guides others through their fear of death using the Vedic Psychology approach. You will be equipped to help people see death not as an end, but as a natural transition, dissolving the illusion of separation and fear. Through deep listening, dialogue, practical yoga and spiritual exercises, you can help individuals experience inner peace, accept mortality with grace, and live with greater presence and freedom. This work allows you to support others in transforming their fear into wisdom, enabling them to embrace life more fully.
